YAS Restorative Yoga is the perfect supplement to your high intensity lifestyle. Come slow down, unwind and nourish yourself.  In this class we use props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) to support the body in positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body. Each pose is held for several minutes. This calming, nurturing class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and is particularly beneficial for coping with sore muscles, insomnia, headaches, fatigue and an overstimulated nervous system. This is the perfect complement to your YAS YOGA for ATHLETES® and YAS Indoor Cycling practices.

This is more than just any "get your sweat on class” this is Daya Sweat. You'll get an intelligently sequenced flow class that is a vigorous workout. Daya Sweat offers safe but challenging sequences, Vinyasa Yoga at its best. Come get your sweat on and leave feeling energized and free.

Lunchtime Yin - All Levels

Yin Yoga is a natural balance to the “Yang” of Daya Sweat.  We target the connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons and fascia; and we work into the major joints of the body to increase mobility. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 2-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling calm, balanced and refreshed.

In this Power class you'll build strength, improve your balance, focus and flexibility while having a few laughs along the way. This class can be as  physically demanding as you choose. Modifications are offered so that you can tailor the practice to your energy level any given day. Come spend some time on your mat and leave feeling empowered!
